Passion Lighting has 2 return policies, depending upon how you purchased your lighting or home decor from us.
In-Store Purchases - in-stock items that are purchased can be returned within 15 days for a store credit. Item must be new, unused, in the original packaging, not have been installed or wired, and in resalable condition. Items not meeting these criteria are subject to a restocking charge of 10-50%. Special order items are ordered for you, our customer. These items cannot be returned, so please be sure you want these items. Any items not in stock are considered special order. Sale items are not returnable.
Web Purchases - regular stock items purchased on the web can be returned within 15 days of item receipt. Items returned will carry a 25% restocking charge and also shipping charges must be paid by the purchaser. Item must be returned in new condition, have not been wired, have all original packaging and be in resalable condition. Items not meeting this criteria are subject to being returned to customer or having an additional restocking charge applied of up to 50% additional. Special Buys cannot be returned. You must contact Passion Lighting and obtain a return authorization prior to shipping back. Items returned without having first obtained a return authorization will be returned to shipping address.
Please note that any item not working properly will have the manufacturer's warranty applied and we will work with the manufacturer and you to correct the problem or otherwise find a reasonable solution.
