Returns for Web Purchases
Returns of purchases made from the Passion Lighting web site must be approved and have an Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) prior to being shipped back to Passion Lighting. Returns without an RGA will not be accepted. All shipments must be shipped prepaid. Under no circumstances will Passion Lighting accept returns shipped collect.
If you have an item needing to be returned, please call Passion Lighting and ask for customer service. You will be asked to provide the original purchase information and after approval, an RGA will be sent to you. After receiving your RGA approval, you can ship the product back to Passion Lighting for replacement or refund, depending upon the RGA details.
Returns for In-Store Purchases
Please call or come by Passion Lighting if you need to return an in-store purchase. Please note that sale and close-out items cannot be returned unless special approval is obtained. Also product sold "as is" cannot be returned for refund or exchange. New product must be returned in original, undamaged packaging. The product cannot show signs of installation and must be in resalable condition.
Product not deemed by Passion Lighting to be new may incur a restocking charge of up to 75%, depending up specific condition of product involved. Fixtures must returned in original, undamaged packaging, show no signs of being wired or installed, and but be in resalable condition. Products not meeting these conditions may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 75% of the original purchase price. Special buys, close-outs, sale items, and discontinue product sales cannot be returned under any circumstances.
